The associate who helped me find a bike helmet did a fantastic job! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He even brought out his own helmet for me to try and that's the one I went with and then your team ordered it there. GREAT JOB!

When I picked up the bicycle, the person working with me and my son was officious and not helpful.
This bike belong to my late husband who passed away in October. I asked the bike shop when I brought it in to bring it up to standard after my husband had a tragic bike accident.
I was given initial quote of $79 and when I picked the bike up the bill was $143. When I asked for the handlebars to be adjusted to my sons height, this person said that wasn’t included in the fee. It seemed to me to be a simple adjustment to raise or lower the handle bars but not according to this person. I felt I was overcharged and his attitude, considering the loss of my husband was very uncaring and unsympathetic.
My husband bought his bike at the shop and was a loyal customer. Regretfully, I will never use this bike shop again.

Excellent service all around - helpful and friendly staff, quick efficient service. I went to get a tune-up and a brake pad replaced, and the tune-up was free of charge as I had purchased the bike at the store. They were able to do it the same day. Thank you so much!

Amazing Service
The bike techs at your store were super helpful both in explaining everything clearly and offering options. It was clear that my bicycle desperately needed some major part replacements. In the end, even when they found a bunch more problems with my bike, they fixed them at no extra charge - impressive. I was impressed with the customer service, communication, and efficiency.
Super nice mechanics who take the time to explain everything and even decide not to charge for small things - they also gave my kid stickers! How great can they get?!
