One suggestion: Make sure to contact the customer when their bicycle is repaired. I had to call to find out that my bicycle was ready. Thanks.

What do you like about our products and services?

Great shop, great people, always willing to help, always able to source items that I am looking for. If I needed to learn how to ride a bike they would probably teach me on the sidewalk outside the shop. Always support these guys even if the quick fix big chain stores may be a little cheaper.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Stood with my bike for about 10 minutes in front of the working technicians. No one looked up, no one said hello, no one said be right with you. Finally, someone walked by and said, what do you need? I explained my issue, and the technician began working on my bike without telling me if it will be done today or tomorrow or anything. The technician tightened a few bolts looked at a few things on the bike for 10 minutes and said it was good to go. He explained quickly the bolts that he had tightened and t was a $45 bill. No one had discussed pricing prior to the work. The whole experience felt very disconnected and soulless. Not very pleasant at all.

What do you like about our products and services?

You guys have integrity in addition to being great bike mechanics. I appreciate you not trying to sell me something I don't need. As an example, I bring the bike in for a tune up and I am told it does not need it but rather just some minor work. That honesty and integrity saves me money which is why I continue to use your service.

However, I was promised an email receipt yesterday which I have never received as of yet. I would like this addressed asap.

Every step of the process was handled in a friendly and competent manner. The mechanic suggested items that should be worked on but didn’t push. The “front of the office staff” were in it!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Went to pick up a bike I bought online. I told the guy in the counter that I was interested in getting a kickstand. He told me he would take care of it and took my bike to the back. I asked him which models were available and he was very vague about it. He just told me there was one, but that it would need to be adjusted. I followed him to the back of the bike shop but another person told me to wait on the entrance. I wanted to know which options I had, but got no answer. I asked again which models they had, which materials were they made of and which colored were available. They guy just told me I could choose between a black one and a silver one. (It is worth mentioning that he never even mentioned the model, material or even price of the accessory). I said I wanted a black one. After a couple of minutes the guy came back and said. “I’m sorry, it’s going to have to be the silver one.” I was shook. What made him think that he could force me to buy a kickstand that I have never seen, and even get a color that I did not choose. I told him I was not interested in buying the silver one, and he then ran to the back to stop his coworkers from installing it. I know a kickstand is one of the cheapest accessories, but still, I was extremely disappointed by the poor way in which the person in the counter treats his customers. As a costumer the least I expect is to be informed of the options I have, to then decide what I want to get (not to be forced into buying something).
