It's the people! I've dealt with several different folks at Bicycle Habitat and always fear that I'm not going to have a good experience with a new person but they never let me down. Maybe they just all love bicycles so much that they all want to be good will ambassadors for the industry but it's impressive, nonetheless.

Everyone was so helpful in customizing my new bike to fit my long torso. They were so patient and the ability to test ride with different parts made all the difference.

Mike was a great technician! He worked diligently to change the brake pads on either end of my bike. He even took it out for a spin to make certain that it was good to go. Really appreciate the effort and the fact that the awful screeching sound is gone! :)

I've been to the Vanderbilt location a lot. The service is very good, the staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere to buy my most recent bike because you all didnt have it, the staff still helped me quite a bit in picking it out and finding where to get it. I will certainly continue getting my upgrades and tune ups here!
I came in for a tire and tube install for my rear wheel. The tube punctured a few hours later because of an issue with the install. I brought it back the next day for a replacement and they were able to do it for free, which I really appreciated. Would obviously have preferred to not have to go back a second time for the same issue, but they were fast, reasonably priced, and didn't give me a hard time about installing another tube for free.
