I went into Trek Hoppers Crossing yesterday in a extremely sad way. I am a 53 year old Australian Born. Ex Australian Soldier who is destitute trough no fault of myself. I was meet by a smiling, Calming angelic Getleman fellow Mechanic named Tom. I was looking for a water bottle for my 14 year old Mountain Bike to carry H2o for my Puppy Tonka and Myself. We go on flat rides down at Werribee South to keep ourselves sane and get much needed exercise. I explained my situation to Tom. He looked after me above and beyond 🙏💜.
To the owner- Sir Tom is an absolute credit to your Store. Please thank him in the best way possible. Tom deserves a gold medal.

I said to Scott, I would LOVE to work here - ! (I was offered a senior sales leadership position at 99 bikes but I couldn't bear the thought) I would much prefer Trek, the best bikes. I have bought 3 of them over the years. Still have my Emonda.
