I recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint SL6 from another Trek store. Because of some 'behind the scenes' issues, the sale was transferred to the Woolloongabba store.
This Woolloongabba store was very easy to deal with and all staff members I had contact with were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would be more than happy to deal with them again.

The service from Scott/Ruby has been exemplary. They attend to you right away and spend the time explaining the basics and even the finer points of riding a bike. Perfect for those who have never cycled ever before. If you don’t know your size or even if you I would still recommend heading down to Trek Carnegie as they will thoroughly pick the perfect fit for you.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My son had researched the bike he was after and had been saving for several years (he’s 14). I reserved it online, Andrew phoned and confirmed it was ready within a matter of hours and we went to see the bike and pay. Karen was super helpful and confirmed that my son indeed needed the next size up, there was so much warmth, knowledge and kindness. We had arranged for a friend to pick up as she has the larger car and the team were lovely to her too. My son likened it to buying a car. He got to test the feel and ask questions… so awesome. The after service follow up was also wonderful. We felt so welcome and looked after. Stellar job, team! Setting the standards exceptionally high. Thank you!

Actually I like both. When I first rode the bike it felt effortless to keep motion. Everything about it was perfect, easy and a pleasure. After my first ride I’m excited to go out on it again.
The guys and girls at Essendon Trek were so helpful in explaining and answering all my questions. Iman helped me choose the right bike for my specific needs, then after my purchase they all explained the benefits and extras regarding after sales service I’m entitled to that I wasn’t aware of.

Service in store at Hoppers crossing! The gentlemen stayed back so that I could make my purchase as I had been missing the closing hours repeatedly and when I called to see if they would still be open on my way in one evening, the gentlemen advised me he would wait for me and stay open for me.
