Had a last minute issue with my bike ahead of day at Warburton. The guys were able to fix the bike within 30 mins, and even offered use of a demo bike if they couldn’t get the fix done in time. Massive thanks, you guys are Legends!!!!

Everything! The showroom is the best bicycle showroom that I have ever come across; the moment that I walked through the doors I knew that I was going to buy a bicycle from Trek. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and completely service oriented. They exceeded all my expectations! They had every bike that I wanted to look at and test ride, and in every Trek colour and size. They immediately made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident in dealing with them. I highly recommend Trek and in particular the Majura Park shop! Another excellent Canberra bicycle shop where we had previously purchased a bike for my wife, pales my comparison to our experience yesterday, Tuesday 23 June 2026.
