During our visit to the Richmond store, Ollie offered highly professional guidance and exceptional assistance. He kindly helped us load the bikes into our car, despite it being after closing hours.

We just had our bikes serviced by Trek Pakenham, wasn't sure what they needed but ended up being just a level 1 service, so not oversold on a service we didn't need. Bought new helmets as well and they gave us a discount. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to getting back into riding. :)
