I purchased a Trek Domane SL 5. John the salesman’s service was second to none. He took the time to explain to me what my options were and I was able to test ride in store for a best fit. When I picked up the bike we went through a complete and thorough fitting to which John made sure that I was completely comfortable prior to leaving the store. Overall extremely satisfied with the professional approach by John at Trek Richmond, would highly recommend them.

The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Neil was particularly helpful with the exchange process and took the time to help find the perfect helmet. Beven and Marco also played a great role in keeping communication clear and ensuring the entire process ran smoothly. Really appreciated the team's effort!

I cannot say enough about the service I have received from the team at trek Penrith. From a really good test ride to get a feel for the bike, the advice and to top it up excellent backup after I purchased the bike ( Checkpoint ) . I know I have the team at Trek Penrith to back me up today and in the future. The bike is beyond my expectation and has lived up to all the reviews I have read and watched on You Tube .
The customer service at Trek Melbourne has been second to none. Every time I walk in I am kindly greeted and the crew is more than happy to accommodate for all my needs.

The quality of Trek bikes and accessories are excellent however the service from the team in both the Turramurra and City stores is excellent. On our recent visit to the Turramurra store, the service staff memento was extremely helpful, informative and also have is some practical advice on how to best maintain our bikes.
The people who assisyed with my bike yesterday were extraordinary helpful and went out of their way to deliver a great service for me despite being a random small drop in job. Delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable. In fact I even wanted to email head office to let them lnow what lovely people they have working for the company so I’m glad this survey came through. I’m just sorry I never found out their names so can’t be more specific about who they were but I’m heading back today for more help so will hopefully know more for my next survey. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you.

At the time I was shopping for a Trek bike, I had just had major ankle surgery. I was concerned about the process while I was recovering, but I showed up, was greeted immediately by a very professional and kind man. I showed him what I wanted, he showed me the available alternatives and within minutes, I paid for a bike. I was told when it would arrive, I was told how long they would hold it for and what was being done, and how things could be adjusted.
When I came to pick it up, he walked it to my car, gave me a demo. Showed me how to remove the wheel if required, and how it all worked. I was stoked! Easiest and most satisfying purchase I have ever made.

Could not ask for better service - professional, personal and prompt. My bike is like new. Debris had broken spokes at the end of my last ride and I needed a decent service of gears and brakes. Fantastic result at a fair price, and real help in doing what is needed and adjusting things to ensure the longest wear and safety. Thanks heaps!
