TREK Bennetts Green staff are welcoming and helpful. Bike services are completed efficiently. There was a bit of confusion this time around however when trying to book our bikes in for their service but when we dropped the bikes off it was all good.

It’s apparent there is staff training, somehow you can tell if you’re talking to a very keen cycling enthusiast who just works in a shop verse somehow who knows the product in a highly competitive product market. I also didn’t see a sales approach it felt like it was knowledge transfer. Well done to trek Australia.
Clean, layout of store professional
Mate, I know I only came in to buy bottle holders, but you have got a repeat customer, always going to 99 bikes and there attitude is rude as nothing else, have to travel to Annerly the other side of Brisbane for good service, came into you guys and Ethan cook jumped straight on us, not in a bad way and welcoming way, I was undecided and he sold me on something I have never used before, side pull bottle holders, worked on the price for me. And I had questions on a bike and said I didn’t want to buy today, normally that’s were the customer service stops. But Ethan nah he went straight into fits, style and gear on the bike, I started an entry bike as I only have one for $150 off marketplace. He has now sold me on saving my pennies for a bike upward for $4000. And trust me that, if he is still there when I come back to buy that bike in a few months. I won’t buy it off anyone but Ethan. Trek carindale have a customer for good and a bloody good salesman who isn’t just about the money. Bloke needs a raise. Red and black side pull bottle holders purachsed from First name removed thanks heaps guys, made my ride and drinking so much easier.

It’s good when you ask a question and you get all the information you need to make a decision. Staff are always helpful and have a smile, keep it up , the only downside is some of the stock is unavailable and has to be ordered in
