Excellent service at Trek Bikes Turramurra. Eamonn gave outstanding service. I had to decide whether to go up a bike size and he was extremely patient, meticulous, explained the technicalities clearly. Very happy with the result. Love my new bike. One of the best sales experiences I've had.
The team at Trek Essendon has been fantastic — I bring my road bike, gravel bike and even the family's bikes to them. Great customer service, clear communication, and top-notch workmanship. Ruben did an outstanding job sorting out some tricky issues with my Campagnolo wheels, making sure the work wouldn't void the warranty and that everything runs smoothly and is ready for the season.
