Very good service
Great friendly service by Ray, and quality product
The lads here are top notch, handled multiple minor warranty claims for me at the same time on my e-bike and my daughter's bike. Zero hassle. Very Friendly. Additionally went above and beyond to track down and fit a new chainring and chain for me even when I said I was happy to do it myself. That type of service is hard to come by these days.
Solid reliable product. Service is as thorough and not pushy but very helpful.
