I purchased a new bike from another trek store. I had an issue with the bike. Trek Bennetts green went above and beyond to sort the issue
I have had a few interactions with the lovely folk at Trek Carnegie since the purchase of my FX Dec 25. Everyone I've spoken to is professional, courteous and friendly with a few over-and-above moments thrown in for good measure.
This week I had the FX serviced (free 6 month service) and the bike has come back singing. An issue I had with the bike has been resolved, it was cleaned, and a few things I couldn't do without my toolkit at home were taken care of - new pedals fitted and drink cage.
Trek bikes are amazing and I highly recommend buying yours and getting your services done at Trek Carnegie (people in the City shop are amazing too - maybe it's a Trek thing?)
