Awesome bikes, great warranty, friendly staff, decent parts availability. What’s not to recommend? Count me as a NPS promoter (and consider doing the seven point scale, the 11 point scale is old af and likely far too granular, folks)

Also the best part about TREK bicycles are their services. I have been going to the Trek's Hoppers Crossing store (have been going there since 3 years now) and am assisted by some brilliant people - King, Alex, Tom. They are very knowledgeable, friendly & extremely helpful. They ensure all our doubts and queries are answered before proceeding further.
