I bought my first pair of cycling shoes and cleats. Joel’s knowledge and willingness to help me learn how to use them and be more confident in using was exceptional. I have never had customer service like it before.
I came in for shoes, and will now be back for more of a fit out and some part changes on my (old) second hand bike. Joel was not a pushy salesman, but a lover of cycling who wants everyone to join the community and fun doing it.

Our local Trek bike shop is the only bike shop in our area, but that does not mean that those who run the shop take advantage of us as bike riders.
The team make themselves available to help and that makes them special.
I do not have a Trek bike, but my local shop looks after my "analogue" and "digital" bikes.
I know that they have been looking after many of my cycling friends with their various bikes.
It is always enjoyable to listen to their advice and receive expert attention when needed.
They are our locals that help us keep riding for enjoyment, fitness and mental health. Their contribution is very significant for us as we age happily.

We were called to remind us to book in for 1st service on one of our bikes, but wait / leave it for a few weeks as staff away/busy
We called a few weeks later and were told NOT to book it in, just drop it off and it could be up to 1 week to get it back
Seemed to be mixed messages, but we did drop it off on a Saturday, with Monday public holiday, it was ready on the Wednesday
The staff are always helpful. Make things easy. This is my 6th bike from there.

The the service was the best part, better than my local Trek dealer bear Wollongong, he didn't look interested in help me with making a decision on which bike would be best suited and I visited that store on two occasions
I bought my first bike six months ago. I was so naive to what I needed, and again with my first service. Staff are so transparent and helpful, and I feel very comfortable trusting their opinions. I never feel like they're trying to sneakily get more money out of me. They also take the time to explain new things to me. That's the #1 reason I come back - the service is incredible!
Yesterday was the first time I’ve been in the store. A very well mannered employee sourced 2 tubes for my grandsons bike and asked if I would like to become a member of Trek. I asked what benefits I would get and he said I would get a $10 reduction for my transaction. So a $25 cost was reduced to $15. I will definitely use your services for any other business.
I recently bought a bike from the store and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and took the time to guide me in choosing the right accessories for my new bike. They also demonstrated how to properly use the accessories, which was really helpful and gave me confidence. I really appreciated their friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service.
