Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are bike riders too - that last quality makes the advice that they give more credible. On one of my visits a staff member made a mistake with what they sold me, but the shop owned that mistake, were very apologetic, and made suitable amends. The Camberwell store is smartly laid out and there's a great variety of bikes. One criticism: not enough variety in parts and accessories, but I think that may be a head office decision and not one taken at store level. Overall, though, a great place to buy bikes.
