I’ve ridden Trek Bikes since 2011, and have had both road and mountain bikes - Madone, Emonda, Superfly, Fuel Ex… they’re great bikes. Trek Windsor is the best local bike shop I have experienced. The lengths they will go to in order to help you find the right product at a price point you can afford, and to help with any issues - servicing, or parts, is exceptional. Gavin and the team are first class. I always recommend Trek Windsor to anyone looking for a bike shop.

I’ve never owned a Trek bicycle before, but I am certainly enjoying the ‘Trek experience’. The bike is very reliable and well put together. I use it regularly in the scrub and it handles and performs very well. I’ve had my bike serviced at the Trek store Bennett’s Green. The team (particularly Emily) were wonderful. Emily greeted me with a smile and was very clear on how the service would be undertaken and how long the job would take and she was true to her word. It is clear she loves her job. As a customer the whole experience was very pleasing.
