Very good quality bikes and very friendly staff. Although they don't know my name, whenever I walk in I feel like I'm Norm walking into Cheers. Everyone says hello and asks how I've been. Great people who are passionate and knowledgable about Trek products, but cycling as well. They also really know the community so being new to Canberra, the staff are a great resource to get to know what is available in the community etc...
The follow up and communication was as advised it would be. Friendly and helpful.
Went into the trek store looking for my first ride bike the guy was so helpful didn’t make me feel silly and answered all my questions and helped me find a bike suitable for my budget, came back two days later to purchase the bike and was served by another guy who was just as great and made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly knowledgeable.
