Went in to get a new bike for my son for riding to school and weekend mountain biking. The salesman was very knowledgeable and steered us to a nice bike. We got a lot of extras including helmet, pedals and chain lube ect. They bundled it all together and gave a great discount. They showed my son how to maintain his bike for trouble free riding with a free service to use within 6 months. Overall very happy experience at Trek north lakes.

The head mechanic was really great, took the time to show me a few things to help look after my bike and was service forward of how he conducted himself.
The team at Whitfords are always so helpful! We’ve been in multiple times just with either bike questions or wondering how to change or fix something. They always make time for us and couldn’t do more to help us!
