He let me test ride another bike I was considering but his knowledge and expertise was soon evident as the bike he recommended was the one for me. Super helpful staff, they assisted with finding me the bike I wanted and were very flexible in pick up arrangements, holding onto it for months until I was back in the country. Then when I had a warranty issue they were once again very easy to deal with. Great service.

Also I would like to point out how helpfu and friendly the staff at the Trek Clarence st Sydney store were. On each occasion I have been there i have been assisted by a friendly, interested and informative stafff member. (That was not the case for a competitor store down the road and that also made a difference into which products/store I would recommend)

The lads at Trek (Clarence St) are always approachable and lovely. Happy to answer any questions even if they know you can't afford the bikes (my 10yr old was very intrigued by the price of the bikes! We got a trek lidl water for his bike instead). Never condescending and clearly are bike lovers!
