Recenlty went in for our first free service. We had one issue with a cable which was resolved without hesitation and the rest of the bike was done in next to no time. Service is great and always friednly.

More important than the products - which are great, is the people! The staff at Osborne Park Shop is incredible, relatable and extremelly nice. Make sure they are well compensated for the work they do. What makes a place amazing is their people.

The staff are very willing to help. A number of times they have dealt with minor problems I could not deal with myself, free of charge. Things that need more attention are dealt with promptly and efficiently
Good value and style
The brakes on my mountain bike were serviced prior to last year's Melburn Roobaix. The bike was not used again for a few months when I discoved that brake fluid had leaked out onto the rear pads rendering them useless. Reuben serviced them again and the charge was very reasonable.

The trek Madone was recommended to me by a bike fitter and after trying about 6 other bikes from other makes I tested it. It was the only one I felt truly comfortable on and felt excited by.
Duncan at Trek Phillip assisted me knowledgeably and was generous with his time. He allowed me to test a couple of models for about 15 minutes each so I was able to make the right decision for me. He's also an absolute ratbag.
Andy also kindly helped me get my new bike into the back of my car and took me through some basic maintenance actions to help keep my new purchase in good condition.
Would shop there again.
