Trek Bikes and their service have always been top-notch and absolutely worth it. They’ve been my go-to bike shop for servicing for years. The team is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely knows bikes inside out.
What impresses me most is that their expertise isn’t limited to Trek. I’ve taken bikes from other brands to them as well, and they’ve been able to diagnose and fix issues quickly, often with an impressively fast turnaround. Great workmanship, reliable advice and excellent customer service every time. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called inquiring about a bike for my small 2.5 year old who was wanting to ride a pedal bike like her big sister. The team said they had no 12” in the floor but would build one that day if we came in the following day. We arrived in the morning and the most perfect pink tiny 12” bike was waiting for her. They adjusted the seat perfectly and she had a little ride. They even let us use the loo! Any one with a 2 year old knows if they have to go they have to go!! Amazing experience would highly recommend them to everyone! With the couple extra dollars over a generic bike shop

The geometry and sizing if the domanes has been key, along with your second to none customer service and warranty. I've had the Gen 3, 4:and now Gen 5. The Gen 5 fits like a glove out of the box. Light, fast and like riding on air. Well worth the wait. It really is the one bike to rule them all.
I took my bike into the Booragoon store to have a puncture repaired. I received a call to explain what had caused the puncture and what additional work was required. Good information clearly explained. My bike was repaired and available for pickup within 3 hours. Tom did an excellent job.
