Friendly, knowledgeable staff (both at Penrith where I bought the bike and Turramurra where I asked most of the questions) who listen to what you are asking and answer or go and get an answer. Very little "upgrade" pressure, more recommending a better option. Helpful and tidy when packing up all the bits and pieces that were worked on. I only picked up the bike yesterday but after one ride I'm very happy with the Domane+ AL5 electric.

High quality products that last and service staff add value. Got a deep clean service for my Ebike and also ordered a double bike rack that staff offered to fit to my car at no extra charge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only comment would be to have more stock. I.e. the helmet stock was limited with almost no large sizes and none out the back.
Wonderful advice and professional in all aspects of service provided. I was in a position of my bike being in a state of fatigue. With guidance I got my bike back on the road in a timely manner.
