The bikes we have owned have been, great quality. But its the service we have received that keeps us coming back, very professional and reasonably priced, attention to detail when we had our bikes packaged for our move and the service staff even recharged the batteries before we picked our bikes back up. That type of effort is very much appreciated and hasn't gone unnoticed. Highly recommended!
The products are very good including the variety of pricing for low range to top range products.

Quality products with staff members knowing the products very well
I normally go to the Phillip store where customer service by daniel and duncan is second to none, however I was in the vicinity of majura so dropped in there to swap a seat that was being unkind to my old butt. This store's customer service was exactly the same as Phillip...absolutely spot on.
Kyle and (apologies didn't get the other guys name) not only got me sorted, but took the time to give really clear explanations about what was going on. Only a simple issue..."butt" (see what I did there!) Crucial to an old blokes ride comfort.
I get that trek products are good...but I continually go back because of the exceptional level of customer service I have received over many years regardless of the size of the purchase.
I walked into Trek Rockhampton so very nervous about choosing my first bike. Thankfully I was greeted by Dan. That quickly changed as he made me feel so comfortable, asked me all the question, about what I was looking for. He narrowed down to a few bikes and before I knew it i was being measured up on a trainer trying out a checkpoint arl gen 3. I love that it’s a one stop shop, I purchased the bike. And was able to get helmet, lights, pedals cleaning products ready for my first ride. I did see that they had heaps of kit there so I will be returning to do more shopping. And that they can even service bikes. Dan also offered to run through a tire change with me if I wanted to learn in the future.
Dan also was in the know about community rides and where’s good for new beginner cyclist to start riding. I’m so keen to start this new sport.
