At the time I was shopping for a Trek bike, I had just had major ankle surgery. I was concerned about the process while I was recovering, but I showed up, was greeted immediately by a very professional and kind man. I showed him what I wanted, he showed me the available alternatives and within minutes, I paid for a bike. I was told when it would arrive, I was told how long they would hold it for and what was being done, and how things could be adjusted.
When I came to pick it up, he walked it to my car, gave me a demo. Showed me how to remove the wheel if required, and how it all worked. I was stoked! Easiest and most satisfying purchase I have ever made.

Could not ask for better service - professional, personal and prompt. My bike is like new. Debris had broken spokes at the end of my last ride and I needed a decent service of gears and brakes. Fantastic result at a fair price, and real help in doing what is needed and adjusting things to ensure the longest wear and safety. Thanks heaps!

The people who assisyed with my bike yesterday were extraordinary helpful and went out of their way to deliver a great service for me despite being a random small drop in job. Delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable. In fact I even wanted to email head office to let them lnow what lovely people they have working for the company so I’m glad this survey came through. I’m just sorry I never found out their names so can’t be more specific about who they were but I’m heading back today for more help so will hopefully know more for my next survey.
