Every time I go into a Trek Shop the customer service is excellent. Staff are always happy to offer advice and chat. I attended a competitors shop across the road prior and I left feeling like I was an inconvenience to the staff as I didn’t purchase anything. At Trek they are bike lovers first and foremost.

I've been thinking of buying a bike for YEARS. Andy was incredibly helpful and nice answering my million-and-one questions. I've been very nervous to ride on Sydney roads, and he realised my procrastination in leaving the store once I had my bike.
