Service, advice and reasonable price
First class service, first class product.
I called into Bundy bikes seeking the marlin 5 aqua fade for my excited 12 year old who had mowed and saved.
Told he would get some soon and to call back in a week. Called In a week and was told to come back in another 3 weeks. Then did it again and was told to call him back in half hour whilst he checked and was told a month I asked if he was going to get one for my son or not as was told yes. I couldn’t give this guy my money if I tried. Nor did he provide the customer service to enquire about shared inventories of stock, we would have paid for delivery if he could have got one there.
So I called the main office myself asked where the bikes were and upcoming delivery’s. I wasn’t told exact dates or amounts and weather they had already been allocated. Was Told there was some at trek on the sunny coast. I called these guys they were great! They had one and the bike ready for me in 3 days - even called to double check it was right one ans size before I left and they put it together and called ME back to let me know it was ready. Went over the care with my son , acknowledged how cool it was he had saved for it, helped me to the car and I got a free service and was told to call anytime for help or questions. Very happy with trek Sunshine Coast! Was worth the 3 hours drive over using Bundy bikes!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Joel was awesome. The store is really well laid out and well stocked with bikes and accessories. I’ve just purchased my third Trek bike and have really enjoyed riding them several times a weeks. I think it’s worth finding the right quality bike for yourself and it’ll reward you with many years of enjoyment. Different neighbours of mine over the years have bought bikes to ride along the oceanway but give it up after not much time. They all buy really cheap bikes that aren’t a good ride and give them problems. I’m more than happy to recommend Trek Burleigh.

Andrew and Charlie are honest and helpful. They know they're work, and are keen to do a thorough job. Reasonably priced considering location.
