Lovely & attentive service!
We visited the Trek store in Kawana, QLD. The woman who served us was incredibly knowledgable and able to help us choose the right bike without trying to force us into anything too expensive. We were able to get all the accessories that we needed for the bike, and the prices were excellent.

We were assisted from start to finish by Kyle who was very friendly and professional. He provided great advice and different opinions which helped in our selection. On pickup day he was very thorough with the set up and fitting. Will definitely come back to buy another bike.
I had a tight deadline and some parts that needed to be shipped, and the Belmont Trek team made it work, with a contingency if the parts did not arrive in time. But they did and my bike was ready to take on holiday. Thanks Team!
