I recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint SL6 from another Trek store. Because of some 'behind the scenes' issues, the sale was transferred to the Woolloongabba store.
This Woolloongabba store was very easy to deal with and all staff members I had contact with were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would be more than happy to deal with them again.

The service from Scott/Ruby has been exemplary. They attend to you right away and spend the time explaining the basics and even the finer points of riding a bike.
