As a Sydney cyclist who commutes to work Monday to Friday, finding easy/convenient bike service when you get a puncture or a snapped chain mid week makes a huge difference. The whole team and Trek were incredibly easy to deal with and seem to be happy to keep the store open slightly later to cater for those of us rushing to drop off/collect our bikes after the 5pm rush when work finishes. They were happy for me to leave my bike for a couple nights so I could pick it up on a day which worked best for me and kept me updated with texts to let me know the work was done and an email invoice. To top it off the works I had done were extremely good value. 10/10. Will be going back for all my bike related needs!

Friendly staff that allowed me to use their tools and work stand to adjust my front hub bearings, which was a service they couldn't provide themselves. Also had the exact brand pads I needed and cashier signed be up for the newsletter to save me $10 on my first purchase
