I’ve recently bought a Trek Checkpoint 2025 from the store in Edinburgh , bike is fantastic and good value but I have to mention and say a big thanks to Chris who was my salesman .
He was very knowledgeable and helpful but nothing a pushy way , it was a pleasure to purchase my new bike from him .
It’s the only place I would go for ANYTHING BIKE RELATED,the staff are all on the ball and resolve what ever issues seamlessly,I was there today and bought a brand new TREK HYBRID BIKE that I’m very happy with and what ever I need in future I’ll be going straight to JOE DALYS:)

Is it worth driving 90 miles to get a bike service? Yes. The bike feels, looks and sounds brand new. So it feels as though I have a new bike and saved about £6000.
Trek Shrewsbury had the last bicycle in a particular colour that we were trying to buy for our 9 year old daughter for her birthday. We’d originally ordered the same bike from a different company a month before her birthday and had been let down as they continually pushed back the delivery date.
Trek Shrewsbury were helpful and understanding, they were happy to help when I phoned to explain my problem, sourced a different courier when there’s was not available on time and provided sweets with the bike (which my 9 year old loved)

Been my local bike shop for just over a year now. Always well looked after by the guys there with regards servicing.
Also County Cycles put some nice events on e.g demo days and group rides.

Took my MTB to John Atkins for some repairs . They assessed my bike on the spot and messaged me to let me know what was needed to fix it . I agreed to their suggestions and an approximate cost was mentioned . The shop messaged me in the afternoon to let me know that the bike was ready .
