We recently purchased a Trek bike for our grandson from Big Bear Cycling Shop in Pickering, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we choose the bike to the pick up, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us.
The service was exceptional with patience and expertise, and they made sure we felt confident in the bike. The value for money was excellent, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. We drove from Scotland to collect the bike.
