So Trek Poole, have been a beacon of light over the last 2 months, I had a bike stolen off the car near to the shop, they bent over backwards to enable me to talk to the right people to try and find it again, sadly it was not to be.
When I did decide to purchase another bike they supported me all the way through, pointing me in the right direction to find the perfect bike for what I needed. I couldn’t rate this shop and the staff any higher. Thank you trek Poole! You guys are ace
