They recently serviced my bike. They looked at it first to decide what was required then advised which service I needed, they didn’t for gold they chose silver and recommended I needed a new wheel however that was pricey at £46 so we decided to resource that ourselves as my hubby can happily fit it. The service on the bike was good, efficient and nice to know I had been given advise on what was required and potentially dangerous like the wheel and also advise to buy a new bike helmet too.

A great cycle shop with a huge range of bikes and accessories, but it is their customer service that sets them apart. Several members from the Aberystwyth store helped me with technical details about a wheel I wanted to buy, and shipped it to me quickly, followed up to let me know it was on its way etc. This sort of excellent service is what makes a good bike shop like this so much better than the online only places and those that don't answer the phone.

Excellent personal service. The assistant, Mark, made sure we got the right bike for our needs and requirements. He made sure we felt ok on the bike and we got to ride it and get the feel of it to make sure we were happy.
He also assured us that if we did have any questions at any time in the future, to ring them or pop into the shop.
I felt perfectly confident to purchase a bike, knowing if there was a problem, it would be sorted out by them.

Took my MTB to John Atkins for some repairs . They assessed my bike on the spot and messaged me to let me know what was needed to fix it . I agreed to their suggestions and an approximate cost was mentioned . The shop messaged me in the afternoon to let me know that the bike was ready .

Passing the Trak store in Bicester, went inside to look. Sales staff, Ben, asked if he could assist us. Result was we bought a bike. From first off to coming back to take bike home, every thing asked was explained. Very polite and friendly. Thankyou everyone, great visit👍
