The guys at Pennyfarthing were super helpful when I was choosing my first road bike - very patient and accommodating and answered all the questions I had.
Couple of things:
Firstly, it's been too long to remember since a member of staff hasn't opened the door for me to enter. This doesn't happen anywhere else in bike shops I've encountered. It's a small detail but it is accompanied by a greeting or acknowledgement and that is a warm welcome.
Secondly, when I ask for advice whether it's on a small purchase, a niggling question or what bike would be best for me I have always received genuine information and considered thoughts. For me that builds trust and it's why I recommend the shop to anyone who asks.

You have a good range of spares and your staff are alays immensely helpful and positive.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to give advice but without hard-selling. Workmanship is very good, I have never had an issue any time I put a bike in for a service.

The main thing I like about the Cycle Centre is the 'personal touch'.
On my most recent visit the Cycle Centre sorted out my gravel bike's front wheel bearings, and, replaced the bottom bracket in my mountain bike as the bearings were grumbling.
