Friendly, knowledgable 'real' people to deal with. Made me feel very comfortable with my purchase, from initial order through to shipping. New e-bike arrived on the agreed delivery date (via DX courier) in a very robust box and was meticulously wrapped with protective foam tubes & bubblewrap ... so no danger of transit damage. Pre-delivery inspection sheet for the bike had been completed and signed by the bike mechanic so the bike was in a safe condition for the customer. All I had to do was attach the handlebars, pedals & e-bike display, pair the e-bike with my phone app and take it for a test ride. Great customer service. Many thanks to Arawn and the team for their help. Highly recommended.
