Local well equipped shop... owner and staff extremely helpful.. if they don't have the product you require in stock they will order it and it will be available the following day.... also serve coffee and snacks - bonus!!!

This was a more complex addition of a Pendix electric assist motor system - while I had to wait due to other bookings, a good sign - the fitting of same has gone great and now in use, working well. Congratulations to all!
Very prompt service. I just turned up hoping to have a repair done. Even though they were already busy the guys managed to fit me in and complete the repair the same afternoon. The bike shops in my town have a 2 - 3 week wait before they could fit me in. 40 mile drive but worth it. Very helpful, thank you very much, would definitely use again!
Used for my ‘Cycle to work’ Scheme which my company uses and they helped me in selecting the correct components for my bike and ensured I was happy with the request before accepting it, just depending on which C2W you use there may be a admin fee added aswell.

I was having problems with gears and booked my evo comp in for a service. Straight away Tegid new what my problem was. When I took my bike in, the technician Grant was giving the bike a quick look over and showed me all the problems. The bike was fixed the same day and rides just like new. Beics Brenin don't try and rip you off by trying to sell you the dearest parts, just the parts that your bike needs. Very good service and technical knowledge. Will definitely be using again.

Great shop where you can find a big variety of products. What I liked most about Mud Dock was the friendly staff. They were able to help with all my questions and provide good information. Very good service is that you can try the bikes and have a go outside to see which model suits you better.
I will return and I am recommending it to everyone
