Damien, Paul and Amy are a tremendous team of helpful and knowledgeable cyclists/cycle service providers. I started the process with no knowledge of bikes, and the C&N team held my hand through the purchasing process from start to finish. The recommendations weren’t price driven, but were tailored to me. Despite being incredibly busy they all took time to help, above and beyond what I’ve experienced at cycle shops previously. On the odd occasion I’ve spent up to 1.5hrs with them as they’ve talked me through key aspects of tech. An added benefit for me was that they are cycle to work scheme eligible. I would highly recommend stopping by the shop if you are looking for tailored, no bs advice on anything bike related. Thanks for all your help C&N team.

Staff were well informed and very friendly. They made the entire bike shopping experience so easy and were very attentive to what I needed.
Initial contact was very positive - a telephone call where I asked about getting a bad puncture repaired for my Mirider. I was met with courtesy, warmth and professionalism.
On visiting the shop, the feeling was the same. Everyone was plainly busy, but my interchange was unrushed and considered - I was made aware of costs and timing and despite turning up without an appointment, my task was slotted into, and given priority over jobs that were already underway.
The quality of the work and goods are great and the whole experience was absolutely top-drawer. Not only would I have no hesitation recommending the shop to people, I will likely be boring people silly about it for the next few weeks.
