You carried out the repair to my bike's brake ok. I was a bit disappointed that the component had failed after 14 months from new of the bike mainly sitting in the garage, but I understand that Shimano have to approve any warranty repairs.

Great product and Brilliant Service
It would have been easy to order the parts on line for my bike, except I really didn't know which would be the right tyre and inner tube for my bike. Mountain Mania shared their expertise with me to make the right purchases for me. I had gone with my bike to the shop, and they were very kind to check the tyre pressure on my front wheel. They found it to be over inflated and released air from the tyre. I will certainly be returning again to Mountain Mania, even if just for a service. I also bought a basic bike stand, identical to the one I used in their shop. I just wish I knew about them several years ago, because it makes life so much easier.

I have full confidence in Maison du Velo (interchangeable with Paul) to only sell me what I need and what is best for me rather than just selling me anything for the sake of making a sale. I respect your employee's honesty and reliability.
First rate facility offering quality bikes for rent, beautiful, well-maintained paths, convenient parking, family friendly environment and competent, courteous staff.
Two suggestions:
1. the trail maps seemed a little confusing (I only used the blue ‘Minotaur’ path); perhaps they could be made a little clearer.
2. A cafe might be a welcome service (I didn’t see one although it is possible you already have one in place).
All in all it was a wonderful place which I would heartily recommend. Thank you.

Peter and his team were excellent, they went above and beyond for us, helped us pick what bikes would suit us including our 2 year old, and then fitted the bike rack to the car for us. Great service and great selection of products. The shop itself is very impressive as well, modern feel, and so many bikes and accessories in stock.
I came in on Friday after my rear tyre had blown. Staff very helpful in providing a solution which I took up. Was expecting the repaired tyre back the following day so super happy to get the text to say all sorted that afternoon and ready to collect that day. Really appreciated all.

From the moment i stepped in through the door, Mark and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in sorting everything for my cycle to work bike.
I could have just ordered the bike to my door through my scheme provider and cashed in on an extra 10% discount, but the team at County Cycles proved why you should always buy local.
From discussions about spec, to helping me understand posture, to getting me comfortable using cleats for the first time before leaving, the service was absolutely first class.
