I went to 5 or 6 bike shops this week, and the Edge Cycleworks gave me the best service by far. Jamie spent time talking to me about my requirements, let me sit on a number of bikes, allowed me a test ride on my favourite, and all the time listened to my needs and tried to do the best for me. I felt no pressure or "hard sell" and because of that I am actually more likely to buy from them.The quality of attention and service was second to none.I also know that Trek warranty and after-care and servive is excellent, and the Edge Cycleworks do this brilliantly (I have bought other bikes from there)
