Very helpful and polite, my bike stopped working after 10 months e bike centre collected it and repaired the same day which was covered by the warranty. I had a full service at the same time, bike came back like new. Full service on a e bike is more expensive so consider this when buying one.

Excellent customer service. My son was purchasing an electric bike. He was allowed to try one out to see which size was suitable due to the amount he was spending. Tim offered some great advice.
