I purchased my bike from Chris at the Edinburgh store earlier this year, Chris provided excellent information on the bike and I was very happy with my purchase.
I then recently had a repair carried out in the same store due to a maintenance fault of my own. I met with Saul & Kieth who had a look at my bike. Both were very knowledgeable and polite. Kieth was going on holiday, so advised me that Saul would be carrying out the repair. Saul done an excellent job of carrying out the repair, and I was very happy with the work.

Russ in the workshop is such an unflappable character that even the most challenging wheel bearing / rear cassette service was dealt with calmly and without fuss. He went above & beyond to find the solution, communicating directly with component manufacturers to understand the mechanics of my off-piste set-up.
