I have been a customer of Saddle Safari for almost twenty years. I originally took my road bike to them for servicing when my previous cycle workshop closed and two years in, I bought a carbon fibre Trek bike to replace that previous bike. I have been returning for servicing, advice, and accessories and clothing ever since.
A knowledgeable and friendly team with a deliberate family-like atmosphere.
There is a lead time in the summer for workshop access, but, especially with the state of the Bucks lanes at the moment, when an inevitable issue arises Saddle Safari will go out of there way to try and fit you in and get you back up and running again if it's an issue you can't sort out yourself.
Yes, you can find things cheaper on the internet, but a search engine won't service or mend your bike or give you neutral advice on your next one. NS 6 Aug 2025

Another visit to Alf Jones today for some minor repairs to my GIANT Defy. Fantastic service from the guys working there. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a 50 mile round trip to take my bike in and it is definitely worth the effort. If you have not visited the shop you will be amazed at the bikes on display and the quality of the accessories they have available in store.
