Bought an ex hire bike from the shop and all the staff were brilliant. Great communication, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Alex who I collected the bike from made the whole experience and I didn’t feel rushed, he helped me set the bike up and talked me through all the controls. Would highly recommend

I like having a local bike shop where I can go and buy good quality genuine OEM items and chat to staff who are as excited about bikes as I am! I have also had work carried out to my other non-Trek bikes and it's great that my LBS will look after me as a customer whatever the work required.
