As a beginner to the world of e-bikes, I was very intimidated walking into bike shops. But from the moment I arrived, Steve welcomed me and accomodate me. He made me feel comfortable asking questions. He patiently answered all my questions without making me feel silly for not knowing some stuffs about ebike.
He then let me try and test drive the bike. Very informative and accommodating person Steve is. And then I met Richard, Tom which answer me all the concerns and lead and introduce me the things how to operate the Ebike. Overall, it was a 100% , fantastic. And best experience I have with the bike shop. Reviews in google doesn't lie. Thank you Guys. I really appreciate your kindness.
