I contacted Wheelbase for advice on a replacement wheel for my eMTB. They were very responsive and came up with a couple of options and a recommendation. I ordered the wheel and it came in a couple of days.

I had a punture in Kenilworth which of course I was able to deal with myself however the problem was deeper and I had a second punture so I decided to pay a visit to Mike Vaughan. They were excellent, Mike gave my bike, tyres and break pads a checkover, I needed replacements and he explained why. He checked my front steering bracket at the same time. I was well chuffed with the service and care and I was back on the road in no time. with confidence. It was all my fault due to lack of maintenence. I keep my bike clean but you have to look a bit deeper sometimes, and that's what Mike did. Thank you. Phil
