I have a Trek cycle at the moment and have been very pleased with it, hence when looking for an E-bike Trek was my first choice. The store at St Albans was first class, Alex and Martin were super helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. I was put at ease the moment I walked into the store. A test ride was organised without any fuss, and I was given plenty of time to try out the Trek Powerfly. Everything has run smoothly, and am delighted with my purchase. After buying a bike from the cycle centre many years ago it was needed a repair, took it in to the shop, bought the parts and fitted myself git stuck and they carried out remaining work to a very high standard.

Marcus had been helpfulness itself; we purchased 2 Trek 3 equipped bikes from you a little while ago, which are smashing, by the way, and I encountered a minor irritation with a prop stand. Immediate appropriate assistance and dispatch of the solution to our home address, can't recommend these guys too highly.
I needed 2 new tires, they fitted them in just over an hour, which was great for me as I didn’t have to go back the next day. Fast efficient service
