The mechanic (Trevor) who showed how to sort out punctures etc on Clincher tyres was brilliant, His explanations and demonstrations were very effective. Good bikes in stock. Excellent service, Paul the manager stuck with a difficult problem on my bike that had evaded at least one other bike shop. Cycle’s uk Chelmsford also had difficulties locating the problem but Paul the manager stuck with it and after some further research and checking managed to find the problem. This was particularly important as I’m shortly due to fly off for the age group European Championship standard distance in Istanbul and I needed a bike!! Manager Paul as very supportive and freely offered impartial advice throughout including liaising with Cannondale the bike manufacturer.
