I thought the service in both the Dicot and Carterton branches was excellent. Both sets of staff were knowledgeable and helpful and arranged for me to take a bike for a decent test ride. When I got totally lost on the ride and ended up being 90 min later than expected they were absolutely fine about it.
Would happily recommend them 100%.

There's nothing really to dislike! From the very start of me having the brainwave of upgrading my wheels I very quickly found Evolution Cycles on the Internet, the app for wheel building on there website made the journey easier to decide but once I'd worked out what I wanted it was time to email the shop.
I very quickly got a call to discuss and clarify what I'd asked for followed by a quote by email.
The deal was done, a new set of enve m9 rims with Hope pro 5 hubs and lots of blingy stuff! I paid a deposit and then waited for it all to be built.
I opted to drive down to Eastbourne so I could meet the man that built them. Lovely set of wheels and are exactly what the bike needed.
