Helpful amd knowledgeable staff, great efficient service and high quality product. The mechanic is always happy to spend time explaining technical information about the bike. When I had a problem with the bike they were happy to see me immediately and sorted my problem while I popped to get a coffee. I always leave this shop happy. I could not recommend wheelbase ilkley enough.

I went to buy my son his first mountain bike the staff were brilliant they couldn’t help me enough showed me every combination off bike and told me every benefit in what my son would get out off the bike they totally went out there way to get my son his dream bike they even went out there way to get the bike built ready for him the next day! Needless to say I’ve got one happy lad thanks again peddlers Redcar.
