I have purchased 3 bikes from Wheelbase Lake District over the last few years and always found the whole team very helpful. I recently had a frame break that was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty and service team dealt with the frame swap very professionally. I would highly recommend Wheelbase Lake District to purchase a bike from and also for ongoing maintenance.
