Took my Cube e ebike in for a recall check and first inspection. Easy booking in with them and all works carried out as promised with no delays.
We were on holiday and my electric bike got problems. We went by to Cycles UK in Canterbury were we staid. Despite of busy and temporal personal problems they took the time to check the bike and found the problems. Within 1,5 hour I got messages that I could pick up my bike. I’m very greatfull 🙏.

Good infrastructure (with Toilets, benches). We were really excited about the skills area and the loop concept in the trails, big plus!!
One point to improve: Mixed experience regarding (Unconscious) gender bias. We are experienced riders. On bike handover, my girlfriend was given an complete introduction as if she had never sat on a Mountain bike. In contrast, no introduction was given to me. Later she noticed that the bike and the frame size was too small. She went back to the counter. She was first asked if she adjusted the seat post. Of course she had already. She didn't feel taken seriously in that moment. I guess you see people with every experience level possible in your site, from absolute beginner to Pro. Why not ask for the experiences of your customer instead of making assumptions? Because: We came back another day and had another employee at the bike handover. And he just did exactly that: He asked my girlfriend if she sat on a mountain bike already. She felt taken seriously and respected and that Was really good.
