Good explanation of what was necessary for the bike. Kept appraised of what the costs would be.
Went in to order a tyre. Didn't have in stock , but left wheel with them and within a day they had supplied and fitted tyre also noticed the brake disc was the wrong way around and altered it .

Got what we wanted as there was not a member of sales team available a technician from work shop attended to us , he was unbelievably helpful to our needs as it was very late in day we could not take the bike then but it was ready 9.30 the next day and staff were so polite and attentive a different experience to the shop we went to in thirsk would recommend
