The rep I spoke to, Nathan W, was well informed, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. I only came in for a bike for my son but I ended up leaving with a new bike for myself aswell. I had initially been to Halfords and was ignored as I walked around looking for bikes for 15 mins. With 30 seconds of being in your store Nathan had walked over, introduced himself and was unlocking bikes for my son to try. His knowledge of not only the bikes but the company histories and his experience made it such a good buying experience. I will be coming back for everything bike related.
