Great range of products, knowledgable, kind and patient staff. We were instore for an hour deciding on which bike to buy in what colour and they made sure the bike fitted my son well and would be safe. There is space to try the bikes in the store and all the extras available like helmets and bottle holders. This isn’t our closest bike shop but I will be making the journey here in future just for the great customer service

I initially emailed querying the Nike size available for hire, I had a very speedy and informative response.
On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, they ensured that my child was able to ride the bike, adjust the seat and the gear levers.
The booking, collection and return of the bike hire was super efficient.
