Very well served. I didn't expect the service l got, I turned up without an appointment, though they said they have10 bikes booked in for the day but they managed to squeeze me in to fix my wheel and tube changed. Before 4pm I recieved a phone call that my job was ready I turned up again they helped me to fix and pumped the tyre for me.

Great range and very close to my home in Cumbria.
I have used Bikewise for many years and brought all the family bikes from this bike shop over the years. Always a friendly service with work done on by bike to a good standard and completed early than expected which was great, with a call from Mark to confirm the bike was ready for collection.
