Customer Testimonials
Nick and his team offer such fantastic knowledge on the bikes they clearly are experts with. I have been a customer for many years and have just treated myself to the latest Amflow eMTB, which I am looking forward to enjoying many adventures in and around the Surrey Hills and beyond. I know that the service i will receive will be best in the area and i look forward to sharing my stories with Nick.
Knowledgeable staff and great service.
The bike we wanted was in stock in multiple colour options and available on the day so very happy
Great team - really helpful, great service.
The people at Cycle Uk are always the most helpful, which is brilliant when you are new to cycling like myself.
Fantastic bike course with super helpful members of staff. 100% recommended.
Friendly, encouraging and accessible
Fast responsive knowledgeable service
Super helpful and friendly staff. They really helped get a nervous rider sorted and out on the trails with warm encouragement.
The rental bikes are excellent - current models, in as new condition. It’s also great that you get a bum bag with a multi tool and puncture repair set up all included.
We will definitely be coming again.
Good service, good comms
Friendly staff. Always willing to help.
This was my first bike fit and was really insightful and educational. Phil was great with walking me through the process and guiding the fit. The recommended changes feel like they have made a huge difference already. Although the price seems high (the price here is standard for a bike fit) it’s a great investment and will help prevent injuries and thus having to spend on corrective measures further down the line.
Great quality and range of bikes and cycling gear and consistently fabulous service. I have a high level of trust in the team for their efficient, friendly and professional approach. Will keep going back here and would recommend to anyone
Excellent service of my Trek SL6 Bike within 3 days.
Very friendly staff
Friendly and informed service. Everything very clearly explained.
I recently bought a Cervelo Caledonia 5 from Wheelbase. I was in the market for a premium endurance road bike, and tempted by a good deal on a Colnago C68 from another bike shop. However, the latter shop was disengaged and the sale slipped through their fingers. Wheelbase was very responsive in dealing with my queries, and I've got the bike I need with minimal fuss. The handover in the shop was very slick. They paired the power meter with my Wahoo device which saved me hours of watching Youtube videos, fitted pedals and made other minor adjustments. Very happy with the service, and the heavily discounted price was a major factor in my purchase.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Fantastic support for a SRAM derailleur replaced under warranty. Really friendly and helpful team. I'll make the effort to travel to use the store and workshop again. Cheers guys.

Great customer service from start to finish for my bike purchase. Ben, Stuart & Alderney were all super helpful. Would 100% recommend anyone looking for advice or anything related to cycling to shop here.
Very pleased with the service I received when going in for a new tyre. I did not expect to have the tyre fitted as well. A job which would probably have taken me an hour was done in 5 minutes.
Lovely job done on my daughters bike.lads were nice to deal with
Excellent well informed service which goes beyond what was asked. I needed a spare that was not in stock and they lent me theirs to tide me over. Otherwise I would have been able to use my bike for several days. Paul J
