Really friendly team from beginning to end, helping me choose a bike and then spending almost an hour with me when I picked it up, really thorough handover and lots of extra tips from Ian! 100% recommend and will use the store for all my bike needs in the future.

Oliver was very helpful and understanding of our needs. Whilst upon walking into the shop I felt that Big Bear Bikes would not be able to cater for our needs, the staff and the owner discussed our budget and they did in fact supply two e bikes within budget.

Have been to the shop 3 times in my past visit to Fort William over the last 10 years. Nevis Cycles is a reputable bike shop that visitors can check out if wanting a day-long cycling trip around the region.
To readers - highly recommend a Caledonian canal trail up to Spean Bridge and some nice sceneries in between!

The customer service is incredible! And on pick up of my Brompton Omar was super helpful and took the time to explain things so I can better understand my bike. Worth noting, I initially came to check out bikes for my wife and the guy on the front desk helped me with my enquiries - and was so helpful and genuinely nice (especially given I had a very sleepy 4 year old boy in tow) I came here rather than to Compton Cycles for a service which is a bit nearer to our house and will continue to do so.
