Been in store several times, very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond. Great atmosphere in the shop also would highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for bikes, parts or even clothing and accessories.
Took my little one’s bike in as wheel had broken. Was plastic wheels, the lads in the shop said they would take a look and see what they could do and let us know. They had it for the day and then phoned me to let me know they were unable to fix it due to the type of wheel it was and what had gone wrong. This was fine as was a long shot anyways. Went to pick up the bike and they didn’t charge anything at all as were unable to fix it, even though they had spent their time looking at it and trying to fix it. Fair play. If I ever get an issue in the future will definitely be visiting the shop as they were great and informed me of what was what and reasoning behind why it couldn’t be fixed.
